SHOULDERS PULL DOWN
Set yourself up, with your shoulder blades back and down.
Don’t allow your shoulders to be hitching up toward your ears,
Draw your lower abdomen in, and hold your body still so that only your arms and moving as you pull down.
As the elastic Pools your hand back up fight hard to keep your shoulder blades down.
I.e. don’t let the shoulders hitch back up

You need to keep your body -draw in the lower tummy muscles to help this
PROGRESSION
With your shoulders down in your trunk still
Keeping your elbows tucked in at your side, slowly stretch the band apart opening your chest but not too far.
The elbows must stay at your sides.
It is not a stretch, and there is no benefit In stretching your hand wide apart here
